In this section, you can request a "One-to-One" online meeting with Dante Notar, in which you can feel free to tell without any duality or judgment, your present, your obstacle and your goals to achieve.

Through 'lived experience with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder/Chronic Anxiety/Intrusive Thoughts/Chronic Pain/Emotional Hypersensitivity and Social Anxiety, and by integrating Life | Emotional Coaching courses including CounselCoaching-Strategic Certification from the Nardone Group School [Strategic Model] and various private personal emotional | psychosomatic studies including neuroplasticity, epigenetics, neuroscience, alchemy and psychology, I will be able to help you find the key to move beyond the "problem."

We will walk TOGETHER down the right path to re-discover the true nature of your essence.

THE DISIDENTIFICATION MODEL

MODEL APPROACH AND THE 7 STAGES :

This Model consists of 7 phases, that will guide you from Understanding to Strategic Solution, activating complete disidentification between the True Self and thoughts.

PHASE 3: DEFINITION OF THE STRATEGY TO FOLLOW (BASED ON THE PROBLEM)

PHASE 4: VERIFICATION AND PRACTICE (PRACTICE/MINDFULNESS/SOMATIC EXPERIENCE)

PHASE 5: OBSERVATION AND DISIDENTIFICATION OF THE "LIMITED BELIEFS" (THE ILLUSORY BOX)

PHASE 6: FROM OCD TO ACTION (CHANNELING THE ENERGY INTO WHAT YOU REALLY WANT)

PHASE 7: EVOLUTION (AWAKENING BEYOND THE MIND)

Subsequent sessions: 50 Euros [1 hour]
